Early morning departure we head south to the shelf drop off, with the sun rising we begin jigging for Amber Jacks, Doggies and Job Fish. During lunch we’ll trawl for some pelagics such as Wahoo, Tuna, Sail fish and Marlin. We end the exciting day fishing for snappers and groupers for the plate.
